Designed for resilience and easy maintenance
All of our displays share in-house electronics and controllers, proven for rail data and operational needs. Developing these internally avoids obsolescence issues and simplifies implementation.
Open architecture protocols and the latest graphical interfaces support easy integration with other platforms. Customer teams can also programme additional information, including priority services, disruption alerts and planned works.
Protection against obsolescence
We design and manufacture every aspect of these systems to support and simplify on-site maintenance. This means quicker repair times and swift responses to obsolescence issues, because we control the supply chain.
There’s no need to exchange displays, repairs are cheaper and MTTR is reduced.
Intelligent monitoring
Infotec's amGuard remote diagnostics software monitors hardware and applications, and takes automatic corrective action in cases where manual intervention is infeasible – including reboots. It monitors display health, alarms, I/O and environmental control across applications, communications, CPU and hardware.
amGuard keeps customer experiences consistent, shielding them from the potential impact of display issues by keeping things working and speeding up updates and repairs.
